Referral program

Did you refer us to someone? 

To show you how much we appreciate referrals we will give you and the person you referred a $10 credit towards your next appointment at the time of check out (in person).

Client being referred : When checking out online, please fill out the field that asks (referred by). Please state the first and last name of person that referred you. Without filling out field , no credit can be claimed. 

Client doing the referral : Please make sure to remind the person you referred to state your first and last name under the (reffered by) section when booking an appointment.

Even though we will try to stay on top of our referrals, always feel free to remind us you referred someone at the time of your appointment.

**Keep in mind credit can only be claimed if person you referred booked an appointment**

How can I book multiple services?

The easiest way to book multiple services is to create an account and book them individually. We understand that this might not be ideal, but once you create an account, all your information will be saved , providing you with an easy and fast check out. 

How can I cancel and reschedule my appointment ?

To make any changes to your reservation you can create an account, go to your bookings, and select the service you wish to make changes to. You will be given the option to cancel or reschedule.

I cancelled, where's my refund ? 

If you cancelled your appointment within the cancellation policy, you can expect your refund in 3-5 business days. Time varies depending on bank.

What is a touch up brazilian?

Touch up brazilians should only be booked by returning clients rescheduling their brazilian appointment within 5 weeks.

**Anything after 5 weeks is not considered a touch up**
